Q). How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.
Q). What are the shipping charges?
Sellers provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. Also Prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India.
Q). What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is within 10 working days for orders. All orders get shipped within 5 days from the Seller’s warehouse.
Q). How will the delivery be done?
- We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and Fedex. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
- If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Q). How can I track the delivery of my order?
All Home Saaz items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.
Who bears the Octroi for certain locations in India?
Nagpur, Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Homesaaz.in is not responsible for any octroi payments.
Q). What is your refund policy?
We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with photo/description as given on Homesaaz.
Q). What is your refund procedure?
The customer/buyer has to get back to Home Saaz customer care through phone/email within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or goods not meeting description. Home Saaz will then log a dispute and initiate a process of resolution between the artisan/designer and the customer. Customer will have to send an image of product on email in case he/she is claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the customer.
